26:30 this truck crash is actually closer to not the 13s fault than some think. The caviat to the "don't go below the double yellow line" is that you CAN if you're forced under. Before the 13 goes under the line, the truck in front moves up creating a gap that the 13 goes into (wouldn't consider this smart tbh but its legal). The Other truck then gradually squeezes him down below the line. yes, the 13 probably should've backed out, but the other truck had more than enough space to let him in going into the corner. I think that if these drivers were more versed that this move would've just been normal racing. Just another perspective!

Just a small bit of criticism, but nothing serious, try to make your playlists more organised/updated. I really enjoy the series, so it's part of my cycle of videos every couple weeks where I get into a racing mood, and your playlist missed some videos, and out of order, and it takes away a bit of the fun. It's why this video has felt as needed once I saw it, now instead of finding someone else's playlist to watch the whole series, I can put this video on. No sense stopping the game to issue a free kick if the foul was already to their benifit.

2:19:11 I'll put hits on the Red Bull #12. The #8 is coming across slowly, but in a straight line. The #12 is going to the outside, then realizes there is another car and sweeps back into #8. So #12 is "weaving" and not driving in a straight line, which causes the contact.

The yellow line rule of nascar is only in place at daytona, talladega, and atlanta because of the nature of drafting in the huge packs. Any other track, the apron is fair game. Just be wary of transitions mid corner on tracks with higher banking

1:24:34 nobody, thats just Daytona. It happens. It was over the moment the yellow car got upset in the turn and got squirrely. Its really hard to recover and not take someone out whilst attempting to do so in the turn in a pack. This right here is why most of "The Big Ones" happen. What happened here is just a chain reaction to having the cars in front almost taking out the pack, people checking up and trying to avoid the potential wreck and trying to get our car back under control. Racing incident.

If I may - 1:40:31 and all those other similar situations which are 100% to blame the rejoining car - we agree on that. The 2nd car which is a victim - yes they could and should try to avoid the crash... BUT That part is tough. Sometimes at speed there is so little you can do due to angle and mass transfer that its a choice between crashing on your own while trying to avoid a donkey and crashing into a donkey. I choose 2nd option. (Unfortunately)

GT7 sport mode will be a joke until it gets some sort of system to get people out of the match made multiplayer for intentional wrecking. I told someone to go play in the lobbies if they wanted to race dirty after they sent me off at T1 Monza on the last lap of a race and their response to me was literally “I paid for the game so I can drive how I want” Competitive modes mean nothing if you don’t do comprehensive policing of rules.

Hi Jimmy, going to ask you to look at the incident between the two Mazdas at Laguna Seca in Gran Turismo again (2 hours 17 minutes 43 seconds into your video) I suggest that the 24 HIT the RED curb on the inside & that's why he "bounced" out into the 29. You said in the video that the 24 had "made the overtake" and then "opened the steering" but I would suggest he hit the curb to the point of effectively losing control and being bounced into the 29. You DID put the blame on 24 (& I agree) I'm just querying your reasoning.

Yes, You can not pass under safety car, unless the car has either gone off track, is travelling well below the speed of the safety car (assume the car has a mechanical issue) or the other car is in pit lane.

Why does it REALLY bug me when I'm brake checked by someone defending, I bump them (just a little nudge, no shadow realm) and I get points? When that has happened IRL the brake checker usually gets told off and all I get is a "was that a brake check into 4?" If I've over cooked the entry and use another car as my brakes, or I mis-judge their speed that's on me, but if they jump on the brakes WAY earlier than they ever have before as I approach with a load of speed I should not be getting those points.
