This is strange, I COULDN'T see my reflection. In fact, what I saw was an old man, probably in his 80s (I'm in my 40s) It felt very upsetting actually, but I don't know why. :(

Hi Gary, how interesting. I think its good to be honest about what reflections you come across in these meditations, like you have been. Maybe it reflects something you have been going through or feeling, or someone close to you. Hope you are feeling ok now
