This is my favorite guided meditation so far. Your sweet voice, and the music (not sure why so many do not like it) are wonderful. I am in the moment with you from start to finish. I have been listening to this twice a day for several months now, and always feel a sense of calmness afterwards. I have been meditating since 1987. Thank you for this video. ❤️

Loving myself has been the hardest thing throughout my life so far. It’s a long road but I embrace every step on my way. So thank you. Sometimes a few minutes with myself is all I need. The music is bang on the target i would say... Its the continuous loud music that pushes the brain into focus and calm and your voice is definitely very hypnotic.... I did have my moments of hesitation after the walk into the water but in the end i flew into the air and every inch of flight was after i shed one image of myself with guilt or self judgement or unmet unrealistic expectation and all that you asked to simply "LET GO"... Every image that i shed with a "let go" negative i levitated further into the air... Thank you truly for the beautiful feeling at the end of it all... I really feel so much lighter now...

Trying this particular meditation for the first time - I have loved all of them, mostly. I had to end this meditation less than half way through because the lovely music was overpowering your lovely voice. Now I will find another one - I do appreciate what you do and am sorry to complain.
