Now Disney is trying to bring it back but having problems doing it. It is a huge hit now on Disney+ and since Nathan works for Disney on ABC, and Rosario Dawson works for Disney+ for Star Wars, getting in touch with either is not a problem. They are willing to do it if there is a story. That is the problem. They involved some of their best writers like John Farveu, but he does not like what he has for an idea. The big issue is Josh Whedon who has harassment legal problems. Disney cannot hire him until that is resolved, so right now they are stuck and cannot bring it back at this time.
