Most if not all of what you see on TV isn't real, it's scripted, etc. I remember one time I went to a morning show and when I used to watch it everyone looked so happy and like they were happy all the time, but when I was at the set, and they cut to go to commercials, everyone was just normal and quiet and tired (I'm sure some aren't even morning people).
