I trained in this outdoor gym once but it was in 2015. I'm surprised its still so recognizable. I remember distinctly benching those tires. Made me feel like a monster though they probably only weighed 60kg.

if you ever come to Cambodia, specifically Battambang province there's gym call Monorom Gym(my uncle's gym) that cost 1500 riel(about $0.36)to access. Highly Recommend all the gym machine is handmade by my uncle

Since ur in Thailand, so that u can have better results on ur body transformation, train Muay Thai in any Muay Thai gym. Personally, PK Saenchai Gym in Bangkok, or Tiger Muay Thai in Phuket would be a best recommendation..

I've always dreamt about going to an outdoor gym. I hate going to the gym because it's inside. Who wants to exercise inside? Ok everyone if the weather sucks but if the weather is nice or even just ok I really don't want to be stuck inside. And with my lifestyle exercising is the only thing I do that gets me outside regularly. That said, this gym is scary. I wouldn't work out there.
