The obvious answer depends on how you eat it! Japan wins for beef butter……you can’t eat a lot of it (it’ll make you 🤮). Korean wins if you want to have flavorful beef that you can eat all night! Winner winner is Korea….and the fact that you can only get Hanwoo in Korea while the bastardized Waygu is available everywhere in the US (most “waygu” in the US is a mix of Angus and Waygu which is only marginally better than American Angus beef. In other words….dont spend the extra money for Waygu in the states!
