I sucked at romantic relationships was single for four years . I decided enough is enough , so I put on a program for soulmate and love . In addition to that I did the Joe dispenzas mediation and opened my heart . After two months I was in a new relationship , house and car . Got engaged after a few months and married and now I’m pregnant. HE KNOWS WHAT HE TALKING ABOUT . Now I’m doing it for money , the same method autohypnosis and Joe dispenzas meditation FYI MY MARRIAGE IS THE BOMB!!! I have never received this much love ever in my entire life . I need to write a book

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my KZbin channel 6 months ago about self development. Now I have 408 subs and > 100 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessonsÀ we that I couldn’t have learned without getting started in the 1st place.

I remember discovering this concept as a kid; i just couldn't explain it. I remember sitting on my bed saying to myself over and over "I have a headache". About ten minutes later, i had an actual headache. I was blown away. My reason was to skip school but i sure did learn something that day. It's our mindset, our self talk. I've told so many people about this and they just chose to be miserable anyway.

"Just" came to say "yep, it really does work" & a few words more. I knew it deep inside since hmmm always, at least 50+ years in this vehicle, that is :) So really don't have to change much, only my anger against the monetary system has been an issue since mid 70's and totally took over my thoughts, specially in the last 2-3 years. Constantly complaining to myself out loud even(at least I've been a so called single for 6 years :D ;) I finally stopped when I met Joe Dispenza & Bruce Lipton and MANY more after them, but it's only 2 month ago & I feel much much better, following the formula as much as humanly possible and my body started healing slowly but surely. I have a ton of pains all over, broken bones that never got fixed properly, because I never use doctors/hospitals, only for stitches :P :D Hard to do by yourself, specially with one hand. LOL Wish you all all the best PL& H

Skillful interviewer. This explains why as a teenager I wasted dozens of hours repeating affirmations, which made zero difference to my life. Interesting what he said about Theta brainwaves. There are several Theta meditations on KZbin, so I guess that would be another alternative. I think the last five minutes of the interview were very important. You have to examine and bring into the conscious light, limiting beliefs and concepts that you have, otherwise they will sabotage your efforts. Fine video and presentation. A lot to like about Bruce Lipton.

Thank you so much Dr Lipton! The clearest explanation as to why our affirmations need to be made as if it was our reality. I had heard it all, especially “the universe only understands present tense” , etc. But what you said about the mind trying to replicate the program (affirmations) that we install makes perfect sense. Therefore “I am healthy” “I am prosperous” “I am a magnet for love”

This can be done with growths in your body. Every day you see it/them shrinking a little while you feel stronger by the day. If you believe it, your body believes it and your doctor will ask you, "What have you been taking?" " Keep on doing whatever it is you're doing!"

The reason I stopped going to these doctors like the gynecologists, they would keep telling me i have abnormal cells on my pop tests but never did anything or sometimes were giving me creams etc. i stopped going to them because i felt like they were just diagnosing for the sake of diagnosing. I haven’t seen a gynecologist in about 18 years and i am healthy but their constant diagnosis would make me think there was something wrong with me. In my mind i am very healthy and that’s a mindset that has worked for me….i am now in my late 60’s and healthier than most people not only my age but younger. No medication no doctor visits. Big pharma hates people like me because they don’t make a penny off of me. I am my own doctor because we do heal ourselves, not the doctors or medications.

Thinking about the story of Jacob/Israel while he was tending Laban's sheep. He made a deal with Laban that Laban would keep all of his "flawless sheep" and Jacob would keep all of the stripped and spotted sheep. Jacob began putting up reeds with spots and stripes in front of the sheep while they mated and he believed that as the sheep looked on those striped and spotted things in front, they would reproduce those characteristics, and so they did. Before long, he was prospering in sheep more than Laban. The prophet Jeremiah uses the phrase. "the fruit of your thoughts".

Reality is what you feel. I think it's much better to generate the feeling of having, doing or being what you want as if you already have it, than recording it and listening to it and even better than saying it or thinking it. No self-hypnosis or self convincing is needed, just repetition. If for example you feel guilty, generate repeatedly the feeling that you are forgiven and then that you forgive yourself. Just generate the feeling of what you want to achieve or believe as intensely as possible, but don't forget to resolve any inner emotional or psychological conflict you have in relation to what you want, for otherwise the conflict charge will make it harder to get what you want. For example, if you can't forgive yourself, you might have a conflict with yourself, which you would reduce by identifying and repeatedly feeling the perception of conflict. In fact, it is the perception of conflict, and specifically the stress and resistance it produces, that which makes us feel that something is problematic, hard to get or achieve, as that perception sits at the semiconscious level of awareness producing stress until it is consciously felt, repeatedly if necessary, for the conflict charge to dissipate. The emotional-conflict charge as well as the traumatic charge associated with unpleasant perceptions is stored in the subconscious mind, as its function is to alert the mind of a problem and injury or possible injury, and so by repeatedly feeling such perceptions deliberately in the absence of the stressor causing the conflict the charge is gradually released, until the perception no longer feels conflictive or traumatic. So, simply by deliberately feeling a perception of conflict, one reduces the associated stress and resistance, and by deliberately feeling an unpleasant perception as is, one reduces the associated emotional pain and discomfort.

I will be glad to have this question answered. In affirmation, is it ideal to affirm two goals at a time for instance " I'm healthy" and " I'm rich " Or is it better to focus on a goal at a time ?
@BeesWaxMinder
@BeesWaxMinder 3 жыл бұрын
Unless you feel instinctively that it’s not right for you to do it then there’s no harm in doing more than one goal but the important thing is, for example “ say “I will be rich“ Rather than I hate being poor 0R I no longer want to be poor all that kind of thing It’s better to say “I’m healthy” than to say you don’t want to be ill
@Mr.Honest247
@Mr.Honest247 3 жыл бұрын
If you’re thinking 60,000-70,000 thoughts per day and your subconscious mind is absorbing those reinforcing those habits of thought, then I don’t see why multiple affirmations or phrases would be too much for the subconscious mind. One thing to ALWAYS REMEMBER is you get what you believe. So if you believe that your subconscious mind can’t handle more than one affirmation despite handling 60,000-70,000 thoughts per day then it won’t handle it. Beliefs are everything!

Same. I've been on the fence about Lipton because some of the claims he makes are a little out there...

@@k-3402 The truth is way more out there than stuff Bruce has ever said. Trust me. When you're fully woke, the kind of stuff about life on earth and in the multiverse is far more 'out there' than anything he's said. You'd think think I was batshit crazy if I told you stuff about life on earth and our true history of origins I've learned over the past few years. But its just your angle of perception. My perception/awareness has been blown wide open. That's when things get really interesting. Everything is possible in life. And I mean everything. Most people only think on a physical, visible with the human eye level. And are limited what they can learn by their conditioned belief system and ego. I never suffered from that luckily. Been woke since childhood. And 42 years later I find out I was that way for a reason. I feel bad for humans who miss out on all the magic and madness and wonderment going on in life because they just can't seem to let themselves believe what they're hearing or seeing. I've never understood that mentality.

@@spookyencounters9392 No offense, but people claiming to be "woke" strikes me as pretty narcissistic. What does woke even mean? That you're somehow so much smarter and wiser than everyone else? Like it or not, there is an objective reality that we are all bound to. For instance: the earth is round. This is a factual truth. A different angle of perception doesn't change such a fact. If someone's perception is that the earth is flat, then their perception is inaccurate. Sorry if this comes off as harsh. I just really don't understand the attraction to woo woo

@@k-3402 Its not woo woo though. Its life. The fact you're not letting it ìn and accepting it, but instead labelling it woo woo is a problem. For you. You won't lear anything if you go through life with that attitude. Who taught you to think that way? Society. Other humans. And why listen to them? Don't trust the bullshit illusion you've been fed since childhood. Empty your cup. Start learning again. Be open to everything and anything. The fact I'm having to tell you to do this shows that you probably weren't wired to ever get it. They say everyone is on a different soul path. Every soul is at a different level of consciousness in their current lifetime. I'm an indigo child. I was never going to be indoctorined by society. I'll decide what I believe, not them. And thats paid off. And yes I hate saying woke , but I didn't know how else to say it. No I'm not exactly smarter....but my awareness is vast. I have a heightened awareness that I can't explain. I just know stuff without knowing how I know it. It's encoded in my DNA, just as it is in most otter peoples'.... our whole past life history is within us and can be accessed. And I can do some mind blowing stuff in my mind when my eyes are closed and relaxed,..like remote viewing or something. I see a big screen open up behind my closed eyes and see moving 3D scenery... from the pov of a flying bird.. and sometimes I think from the pov of a molecule in the air or insect or something. Its incredible. A whole freakin virtual reality headset built into my brain. I experience past lives too , from first person view, which was mind blowing the first few times it happened. Although I wasn't sure what I was seeing at the time. One time or two times I was aboard a futuristic spacecraft being shuttled in some amazing black inflatable like seat that inflated around my limbs to hold me in place. Thsts the moment I first realised E.Ts were liking the ones behind the creation of life on earth and running the show. And I was there,mi mean as real as real can be. As real as it looks to you whe you're sat in your car. My body was still on the sofa of course. But my consciousness was there. Humanity is in for a big rude awakening soon. So much has been kept from us. So much. About ourselves and our true abilities... and about where we came from, and about who (or what) has been holding our planet captive for at least a thousand years. We're a big E.T science experiment that started off so pure , but got so comprised when uninvited E.T races at different times came in here through the stargates and messed with our DNA numerous times , and disabled certain strands of our dna to stop us being as powerful as them. Now human race is so diluted from the original pure Limurien version we Once were in the beginning. We're a planet of hybrids, hence why we look so different from each other ethnicity wise. We are made from different E.T dna. A mixture of 22 different E.T races dna to be almost exact. There are negative E.Ts running the planet and keeping us slaves on our own planet. The billions of pedophiles and child sacrifice satanic cult members are all of a certain long blood line of satanic worshipping cannibals . They can't help it. Its literally because of their souls...they're of a certain E.T race that came here eons ago. I think it's the Aunakis, but it could be another race. Anyway I won't go on. Much profound knowledge of the muutiverse and the true beings on on earth come rom thousands of channeled messages from higher beings, ascended masters, E.Ts etc... Lots can be found on KZbin ,
