lol the biggest troll in the yogscast with some seriously questionable text messages to under age girls is looking up mousies skirt for several solid minutes and gets caught. Real goodmun. True gentlemun.

@@CriticoolHit A. There's no concrete way to prove innocence or guilt for either side as the so called "screenshots" can easily be faked. Just look at text message memes for that kind of evidence. It's also questionable that people would only do this on platforms where they know it will affect his public image the most, yet never go to the police about it. It's easy to make smoke without causing a blaze. B. She only actually "shows anything" for a few seconds after Sjin sits down, and if you actually look at Sjin while this is going on, he's not looking at Mousie, he sat down to chat with somebody else. He then looks at something off screen to the left of the camera (I'm assuming a monitor or tv with the livestream on it) and then immediately gets up, moves the chair, then goes to rejoin them in the studio.

Quite simply put music publishers look to gain money where they can so they would've figured out they had a case against the Yogs and the chance of making some real money. Parodies can probably still be argued as an infringement especially if profit is being made, and while it may not be overly ethical, publishing companies will happily make a buck off of suing people over them.
