its actually not practical to stay in her state longer then 3 turns without e6. even with er rope she wont get enough energy to ult again unless she also gets tingyun ult. and you cant use the last skill to generate the energy then ult as the form ends the moment the skill hits meaning that the ult will be considered out of the state.

the way I see it, her ult is to be used to extend the duration of her enhanced state. so in perfect scenario is: Skill > enter enhanced state > advance forward > use ult to get the bonus damage and gives one more stack > skill in enhanced state for 3 times. skill usually gives 30 energy so that's 120/140 energy generated. the missing 20 can be obtained from her 2 unbuffed skills or getting kill etc.

1:03 I think it's better to use ultimate during Transmigration state, since you'll get crit rate buff so the damage will guaranteed to be higher Also you can make the Syzygy stack into 3 meaning you can use the enhanced skill 3 times, compared to only 2 if you use the ultimate during 1 Syzygy stack

To maximaize her talent, people might want to only ult during her ST so she can enhanced skill 3 times. In addition, by doing so, her ult gets the buff from her talent as well

You ideally want to use her ult in her buffed state since buffed state gives her crit rate (so you're not building as much) + can extend the duration. You'll either give yourself three stacks right away or you'll give yourself one extra buffed turn if you use her ult before her buffed state ends, similarly to some of the Seele timing if I am understanding correctly.

@@razortk77g95 we dont need to see. its not possible. she cant stay in her buffed state forever. that was one of the earliest nerfs to her in beta. er rope not only doesnt change her ult rotation but it can cause an ult desync where you would need to hold your ult until the next tranformation. the best you can hope for is an e6 tingyun can sometimes allow for 2 ults in form if the jingliu has er rope and entered the state with form. its hilariously impractical and i doubt anything other then specific strats would ever do this.

@ 1:01 Frost wraith is kinda useful too, because while in the buff state you increase your damage + procs this trace + extends your buff state because you gain stacks when using your ult. so I think you will get more value using your Ult while in buff state than not in buff state.

Light cone is op for destruction team anyway. You don’t even need jing liu to use it. You could put it on Physical mc and pair with arlan or blade as a team mate. You will be swimming in damage

Finally after 3 months of saving and preparations, she is here! 🥰 I have now _(with only 4 monthly cards since launch, no BP)_ almost 300 pulls for JingLiu and her LC, XP books to upgrade her and LC to 80 first day, 4-set ice gear _(with JingLiu stats+gear will give me 65%Crit / 177%CritDmg)_ and something around 65% of trace material of total. It was hard to not pull for Kafka or mutliple Lynx, but the vision to have Jingliu + her LC and probably her eidolon(s) was stronger _(I'm planing burn all pulls)_ !😀 Good luck everyone! 🍀🍀🍀

oh i didn’t mention you get a S rank weapon selector with the 5$ monthly thing that’s the equivalent of welkin moon if you login 25 days. Man 1.4 is gonna come with so many good characters. I started playing when SW banner was about to vanish, so I also wanna go for Seele rerun as I missed it, and I love Topaz, but I really want Jingliu too. Blade/Luocha (2500 atk is enough, then you can go like 5000 hp)/ jingliu/pela (reduce def is an universal buff in the total dmg, and also buff ice dmg at c6 I believe) Well, Im not going for jingliu (I have DH IL and his LC) but she looks strong

Ok hear me out. Fuxuan, Blade,Jingliu, and 1 more unit with high HP maybe lynx is gonna be cracked. Fuxuan absorbing damage as usual and it count as two ally losing hp for the eclipse stack cuz u know Fuxuan take 65% of it, Blade own health being consumed is amazing build his stack quick and then Lynx and fuxuan just gonna increase max hp for blade to do more damage and allow jingliu to also take more hp for more damage. Thoughts???

I actually did exactly what you mentioned for tingyun. went 60 pity into jing yuan, didnt get him, didnt want him so i just stopped. no tingyun. a few months later she rolls into the shop and I spent my premium dust on her. 100% worth it. There is a set rotation you can look up, but tingyun is a bit away so keep that in mind.

In regards to 4* characters in HSR, I really wish there was a weekly farmable item/material that you can exchange for a 4* eidolon. Don't care if it took 3-4 weeks for 1 eidolon, I'd rather that than relying on the gacha.

I don't think the Jinglu Destruction light cone is as good on other units. The Lightcone's damage boost takes effect only when allies get their hp reduced or atked not the wearer. Which means Mtashed said it being good on Blade is wrong cuz he drains self hp which doesn't compliment this Light Cone's ability. Characters like Clara taunts enimies to only get hit by them so enimies will hardly attack your allies in that case. But still it is op on Jinglu regardless.

get multiple copies of the lightcone and slap them on blade and jingliu , get blade to proc the stacks instantly on first time getting hit. from self harm and then jingliu draining some hp from him aswell. instantly getting 3 stacks.

Not as big brain as you think. It only stacks from ally drain which means that the copy blade is wearing won’t get stacks when he gets hit or drains his own health. It also expends all stacks after every attack. It’s very deliberately designed so that jl gets all 3 and uses all 3 with every skill use. There isn’t much value in building up a bunch of stacks between turns.

Tingyun is top two support in the game. Qinque is good at e0 but gets really good at E4. The last character on the banner is Sampo who is decent by himself but really good with Kafka if you ever want her in the future.

Im skipping because: ⚠️ Leaks: I already have E6 Tingyun, got lucky on the Jingyuan banner. Now imagine a team with Tingyun Huohuo Hanya 😊. I know we dont know yet how much energy Huohuo generate for the whole team or how much speed/atk/Skill point generation Hanya gives but these mechanics just open up lots of fun playstyle that the DPS usually needs. So im guaranteeing first to get these supports then just reruns on dps I want. That's why I'm skipping 1.4 and saving my guaranteed pity for HuoHuo and then pulling for 4 star Hanya eidolons which is another Harmony unit, and you already know how good the Harmony units are or how they make a team from boring to unbelievably fun and cracked, even if theyre just 4 stars. But 4 stars are no guarantee to get especially most of their eidolons make them so cracked (E4 Asta, All eidolons of Tingyun are good cause shes S+ tier, E6 Yukong) So thats what I expect for the upcoming 4 star Hanya which base on leaks, I have high hopes, but it will depend on how much/many she gives.

I disagree that frost wraith is weird and that you will want to use Ult to get in stance. Since she needs stacks for that stance she can probably extend her state with her Ult. So it will likely make more sense to build stance via Skill and then Ult for the extra dmg and extend the state and save more skill points. We will see. Anyway have fun testing her and good luck. I'm going for her too. Btw Qingque is also an S tier unit so you have 2/3 chance to get S tier with your 4 stars. Qingque can clear MOC 10 as fast as Seele.

Jingliu LC is broken due to the synergy with any Destruction and Preservation characters in the team. So blade and Fu Xuan in the team will stack those buffs and lynx just pushing both aggro and pun intended Jingliu just chilling while the buff stacks.

How? She doesn't help remembrance at all Unless you are planing to implant ice weakness You can't get a single freeze. At least yanqing can get one. Most people just don't run a DPS late for remembrance The dissociation carries you so hard that you just want to survive not actually do damage Since it does Damage based off enemies hp.

you almost never want to use the ult outside of her state because its the only way to extend the state and its kinda wasted if used before

You can do it when you have 1 stack and then ult to enter boosted state which is 2 hits. The ice set boosts Cdmg after using ult.

@@electricant55 its only 10% bro vs 25% Cdmg on set after ulting and you get to enter transcend mode after ulti. Doing ulti without stack is the worst move but if you have 1 stack and then ult you would go boosted so its still good.

*Hopefully she is more skill point efficient than Blade, he may only use 1 skill point every 4 turns, but while on his Enhanced state he doesn't generate any skill points either. Which you will definitely feel if you run him with IL.*

Tingyun is so valuable that I keep her as my offered support so others can use her.. I also have her at E6 so I get a lot more value with her alongside E6 QQ (I've been quite lucky with the banners I have wished on).. the amount of damage stacking is insane.. Tingyun skill on QQ, ult if available as well, then stack up the damage buff on QQ from her skill uses, use ult (if available), then enhanced attack right after.. so much damage
