I love to see this side of Ryan. Usually kasi napapanood natin siya sa Showtime as a baby boy na makulit, but while I was watching this I realized hindi lang siya yung Ryan na yun. He is a full grown mature man and he motivates people using his own experiences. I appreciate how Ryan was trying his best to explain things to Jinho as the older brother. At the same time, I appreciate Jinho for accepting his faults and owning up to his mistakes before. I've always seen Ryan as just this happy go lucky guy but having sat and watched this entire video made me realize how much maturity he actually has and I'm guessing it's from the years of working with veterans in showbizness.
