Certainly she is the biggest reason why people react to Jinjer's videos, but I think one of the reasons why people become fans is because their songs are so oddly fascinating. I mean, their songs are extremely complex with lots of odd and rapid time changes. They shouldn't stick in the mind, and yet I catch myself all the time humming their songs.

I normally don't listen to a lot of growling.. very specific songs, from a very select number of bands. But, I love listening to virtually everything jinjer does.. I don't know if there is a different quality to her growl,, or female growlers in general.. don't know.. But, I love it.. I started out shocked, but by the second listen it was "This is very interesting... but I think I LIKE IT.." from that point on, I'm addicted.. .

It’s incredibly unique and it’s so freaking good. Her voice. I don’t know of any other person that can do this like she does it. The absolute difference of the two voices and the amazing quality of both of those voices. And then there’s the band. These dudes. Holy crap they are so good. So amazing. So much talent. This has become one of my favorite bands for sure.
