She sets her own vibe, pacing, overall ambiance with her gesturing, eye contact, gazes, body movements and stage control. She definitively has her own unique personality blended into her performance; its not like she has to try her best, her hardest to be metal, its organic, even grassroots, seemingly.

I wholeheartedly agree. The editing is pure love; it gets all the drum big spots, the smiles, the great guitar and bass work, it has it all. The 5:13 "smile to you" moment is what gets me the most and it was captured perfectly. Truly outstanding video for an outstanding song!

This song is such a journey, the lyrics, the vocals, the solid bass, guitar and the insane drums. This is art, this is what music is supposed to be, the lyrics make you think, the instruments moves you, the changes keeps you on your toes.

I genuinely dont think I've ever heard a band before where every single band member is this damn good. Tatiana steals the show, her vocals are incredible and if you're a Metalhead you fall in love with her. Vlads drumming is incredible, and he knows exactly when to do what. Eugene's Bass, its rare that a bass player stands out as much as he does, he's not just background, he really adds to the song. And Romans guitar work is just killer. And this song is incredible, and the changing vibes to it, and the different voices you can hear. I can hear In This Moment in this, and Lacuna Coil and so much that you can say is Jinjer. That's the big thing with Jinjer so much of what they do you cant really compare to anyone else. It'd be easy to compare them to The Agonist or Arch Enemy, but Jinjers sound is just their own.

Jinjer's music is beyond good. Seriously, this band just puts out song after song of incredible music. They are more than worthy of a Grammy for "The Best Gotdamn Frk'n Baddass Band Ever. Period." award. They really should get a Grammy - they are super classy all the way around; from their brilliant song writing, to their lyrics and vocals, touring stamina, humble professional work ethic, and everything in between. Top of the list. First rate. Outstanding.

Lyrics: Good evening kids, take your seats, open up your Bibles I'm gonna chase down some rivals so keep your eyes wide open Your young soul lost control, make your first foul This is my duty to set the grounds She grabbed my hair and took me And placed me in front of the class She gave a hint I was a clue of the past I’m in the middle of the holy of holies I have no worries I saw fuzzy icons on the wall I saw needles and stones So she put a paper bag on my head She pointed finger at me and then she said Dear Lord, forgive me as I'm slapping, slapping Slapping this sinful child Bang your head against the wall, shout, shout What is wrong and what is right She chose me because I'm Mercy, mercy Merciful Put your knuckle on the table, meet my friend Ferule Who'll punish you! Will the prejudice let us down? We stand firmly on our ground Don’t let the school make a fool of you Because your teachers may be fools too Will the prejudice let us down? We stand firmly on our ground Don't let the school make a fool of you Because your teachers may be fools too Laws chalked on the blackboard Come be erased until it gets boring Then he spoke, and then she choked Tell dark convictions, her soul withering She made a pulse in her verbal overdose My paper bag slipped down on the floor I took a look around There was no sanctuary Desk is empty, the school was all imaginary Teacher, teacher! Self-proclaimed preacher Under the flag of welfare your lectures start to blare! We need no soap shoved down our throats So keep your monologues unrated and remote I am a bad example of order This life is not a prison and you are not a warden Please, teacher teacher! Leave us alone As we accept life lessons from no one Will the prejudice let us down? We stand firmly on our ground Don't let the school make a fool of you Because your teachers may be fools too Will the prejudice let us down? We stand firmly on our ground Don't let the school make a fool of you Your idols scream to me throwing shame on my face As I turn away from infamy and disgrace I smile to you, cuz I want you to see How I break the rules in front of your trinity Your idol screamed to me Throwing shame on my face As I turn away from infamy and disgrace, oh I smile to you I smile to you

lmfao facts. Also i swear the only people that mention their age are like 40 or older cause I never see anyone say they're a teenager or in their twenties or thirties. @@leviathan3630 oh hey lol a teenager here. I just got into metal actually, thanks to jinjer and slipknot. It actually feels weird to not be surrounded by the _fangirls_ all the time haha, I mean some of the old dudes here can be actually wholesome but it's those (probably) middle-aged guys here who bothers me, they just seem to find a way to fight with the other commenters whenever they like. I commented some meme type of thing in the Perennial Wacken vid (such a gen z thing to do, I apologize) and this guy literally called me some mean shit so I never replied but kept the comment to give the others a laugh. You even commented there, if I remember correctly
@leviathan3630

@@shesakillerquinn Nice, that's interesting. I'm 17 and I listen to a lot of metal so usually I just see middle-aged guys who like some of the same bands, so it's pretty normal for me. It's just that with Jinjer there's an especially large amount of ~50 year old men who are constantly mentioning their age and how Jinjer is the best band they've heard since Tool or some shit. It's funny to me that they feel the need to say how old they are as if that's surprising or interesting somehow. Btw it's cool that Jinjer is one of your first metal bands that you like, for me they were fairly late in my metal taste since they were literally too heavy/proggy for me the first time I heard them. I started with some Judas Priest, Iron maiden, and Metallica, but quickly went on to Mastodon, Gojira, then Tool, then Slipknot and other nu-metal, then Meshuggah and Opeth, and only recently went onto Jinjer, like in the last 7 months, and they're currently my favorite band.

I may have to admit. It feels like one of these days I might be leaning towards really becoming a Jinjer guy. Man, they have guns. Just listened I Speak Astronomy for the first time and was in awe of the verses. Man the guitar riff is so sweet and the vocal melodies are so meaningful feeling and interesting not least because of the 90's grunge vibes, as in many of their songs. Man, I hope they get as big as they deserve.
