Jin said the way he chose Wendy was; he was at dinner with friends and was talking about how he wanted to do a duet, and then mentioned Wendy as someone he would want to do it with. It so happened one of the people there actually knew Wendy and called her up right away. Jin opened with "I'm Jin from bts, do you perhaps know me" lmao, and she said yes so he asked her to do a song with him and she agreed right away :D

Wendy is a part of girl group Red Velvet, I can't tell you much more tho, bc I don't know a lot about them 😅 she was very nervous during the live performance, but we don't mention it, bc for how nervous she was she did an amazing job and recovered for most part. We know that bts and army can be intimidating at times 😅 she said that singing in front of armys felt like she debuted once again 😂 if I may suggest I'd say that it'd be better if you've found a fancam of this performance, the sound quality is better than the official live, bc of the sound engineering on it

if you watch the live, definitely try to find a fancam. the livestream doesn't do the vocals justice. Wendy is from Red Velvet and her vocals are 🤌🤌 she has crazy range and resonance. I love listening to her EP "Like Water" and I think it illustrates her capabilities well. Jin definitely made a purposeful choice, she's great!

Well, I want to believe "heart on the window" is that person who sits at the window pondering their feelings and leaving that memory and symbol of longing love there. Perhaps they engraved a heart on the window sill and hope that love will return to them. They will "engrave it deeper" the lyrics went something like that. Light engravings fade, but deeper carving remains. So he is hoping his love will be noticed? It's very catchy. I love it. Jin and Wendy did perform this song this past Sunday. They may perform it again in the future. Passionately looking into each others eyes???? Well something like that happened. 😅🤭

Wendy is the main singer for 3rd gen girl group Red Velvet. She considered one of the best vocalists in K-Pop. She's got quite a range from R&B to musical theater. Red Velvet is one of the best vocal groups around. Loved the combination of Jin and Wendy here.

i do like Red Velvet and this song, but i found the live ... unfortunate. idk if it was just the sound on the day or a lack of rehearsal time. or it could have been nerves bc gods know i couldn't handle the pressure of standing in front of ARMY!
