WWB2 is starting out pretty fun, hopefully there will be plenty more time for fights. INIT doesn't seem to know how to fleet very well, so we are ending up with loads of killmails and only a few losses while outnumbered and out-shipped. In one structure bash there were 3 bombing runs, we lost 1 frigate and decimated almost all of the bombers. The few that were left ended up bombing their own POS at the end.

@@logangoerks236 this was the most civilized ending of an agreement like this imo, we gave the Imperium two weeks to reinforce positions and get situated how they wanted. (Also, goons broke the NIP first hours before the structure bashes by Legacy by cloaky camping areas disallowed by the NIP)

I'd love to have a look at that ammo thief's asset safety window. If he's smart he'll let it sit in the asset safety stations for at least 6 months before trying to move it, so that everyone hopefully forgets theres a half trill lying around in lowsec.

I'm guessing the acronym "The NIP" was chosen on purpose. At least they didn't call it the Technical Alliance Involving Naval Tactics.

NIP in Eve is an acronym for Non-Invasion Pact. It simply means no taking each others territory. There is also a NAP or Non-Aggression Pact which is basically you don't shoot us, we don't shoot you. Although a NAP doesnt normally keep players from both groups from having some lighthearted fun with each other. Nipples had nothing to do with it.

Goons welped 10 bil of jackdoors last night, we lost 127 mil. The fight was close to Legacy staging. we were jumped in from the Titan, right ontop of the enemy at gate head shot the FC, and jumped, Goons followed us through but with no FC, it was a massacre they were in disarray.

This war has been a blast so far. Everyone's deployed so their krabs are basically left for dead in their home regions. Some of the groups aren't even allowed to undock caps right now. Killed 10+ bil in Horde space a couple nights ago with just a newbro caracal fleet and 2 ospreys.

Many of the big players in this war have noob friendly corporations you can join to get into the fight relatively quickly with how to tutorials to get you up and participating in fleet events. Times like these are really the best time to get into Eve, as this conflict has the makings of another B-R5RB perhaps even more than one. I’d be signing up again but I have way to much going on at home these days to dedicate myself into another war of internet spaceships.

I have no idea when PanFam went into Cloud Ring, I'm pretty sure we started off in Fountain while Cloud Ring was handled mainly by CONFI(if it was handled by anyone, I don't it ever being talked about). Also your EFM BRs are missing quite a lot of alliances such as Siberian Squads, The Army of Mangos, Frat, to name a few. Provi Bloc broke up.

So much has changed in the meantime: New coalition name is PAPI, the Initiative has basically given up Fountain (calling it "floodplains") and has withdrawn to Y-2ANO, Pandafam has moved up its staging to PNQY-Y, Querious saw many i-hubs reinforced, etc.

I almost feel the same way, I am on Panfam’s side but I recognize that having 3 major power blocs are important to the political health of the game. The old saying that Goons are bad for eve just isn’t true anymore, certainly the opposite is true now.

The R3- ihub was lost because your buddy Vysh came back from the dead to FC, rather than Ark our normal FC running the fleet, Vysh made a series of mistakes, including undocking with out any command boosts in fleet. If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. Sadly, Vysh knew neither provibloc or RC and the fight was lost before anyone even undocked. There is now a 2 month NIP in place between provibloc and RC, however provibloc is dead, CVA is going to low sec to rebuild, possibly with Snuffed Out as our only blue, or just running fleets with them as needed, guess we will see after this weekend.
