I think Junko won but people really be sleeping on how fire Jinx's 1st verse was. The obvious savage lines like "remnants took out her womb" were crazy, but there were a TON of deep cuts in that verse that are harder when than you may think. Basically every line from the "Hey red chick" to "regret this" is a reference, some very deep. "Hey red chick, take notes so you dont forget this" In Danganronpa Zero novels, Junko went into hiding after causing a horrible incident, so she erased her own memories, took on an alias, and even turned her hair back to its natural _red_ color. This new girl, Ryoko Otonashi, had to constantly take note of things to not forget them. So it's a DEEP jab from Jinx basically saying that she sees through all the makeup, hair dye, and fake names and Junko can't hide from her. "You're trapped and I'm stacked up like tetris" Rip Chiaki, who died (the 2nd time) from being crushed in a life size game of tetris. 😥 "This fights like your birth, cause you're gonna f***ing regret it." Shouldn't need to explain that one. And then later the "like Makoto's butched death, I rose from trash" line was just HARD, while still another shot at Junko cause it's calling out how she cheated in her own game to try to kill Makoto, and _still_ couldn't finish the job. And this would eventually lead to her downfall. Then finishing the verse on the "excited" "ex's side die" homophone was both fire writing and another painful cut from the Zero novels as Junko's boyfriend died when she stabbed him in the side. And the tragic part was that she did truly love him, all while laughing and crying at the despair she caused herself. I gave Jinx the slightest edge in round cause the disrespect was there, the flow was immaculate, and because I know so much about Junko and Danganronpa, I really appreciated the layers too Jinx's bars. Now Junko took it running away in the latter rounds, but people are sleeping on how good Jinx was in round 1.

Especially the part where jinx said "she hates her existence can't blame her since nobody loves her, the remnants took out her womb, they should have done that to her mother" This begginning was ouch! She showed pity, disrespect and a savage comeback in one go,plus every time Junko spoke about Jinx's own failures she would give a good comebacks with how all that fail and trauma leaded to her success,jinx said it herself "She f*cked up a government" So yeah Junko has skills on classes but Jinx has high experience with society itself That's definitely what Jinx is implying throughout the whole rap battle

Junko wouldn't be my first choice for a Jinx matchup, but I think their dynamic really works Junko absolutely doesn't pull her punches and insults everything about Jinx, her past, her mental issues, she's ruthless and having fun doing it But Jinx hits back just as hard and that's because the thing about Jinx is that she doesn't take anyone's bullsh!t but her own Because Junko loves feeling despair as much as she loves causing it, the best way to combat her is to just not play into her game of hope and despair which is exactly what Jinx does It makes me so happy to see a LoL character in a rap battle and she's amazingly represented, great work from everyone involved, seriously

snakebite should have been the voice actor for Monokuma in the anime because his anime voice is not great and snakebite perfectly replicates the Monokuma voice we all recognize and love so damn well i still can't believe how much emotion they made Monokuma have, i wonder how much strain was on their voice just for that i applaud you and i love how accurate you guys try to be with their voices! all 3 were great but i haven't ever heard a perfect monokuma before so that's lovely and new this is perfection

This battle was amazing! I love Arcane and started playing and really enjoying Danganronpa so this was great from the get-go, but the animation, graphics, the way the lyrics appear all over the place, really chaotic and matching the styles of both Jinx and Junko, and then the snakebite cameo as well, all the rappers and everyone who worked on this did a fantastic job, ‘cause this is definitely a banger

I remember listening to the audio version of this battle for the first time, about 2-3 days ago. I won't lie, I was absolutely struck (in this first time, especially) by the best beat in the history of rap battles (the ones I've heard so far, of course). It's very hard to make memorable music (it's tempo also, for example), lines for characters, for this type of projects. Take, for example, such ERB. A classic, that we all know. Still, relatively only few of their beats catch my ear to the point that I can hum them in my head later. Meanwhile, on this channel, every battle is practically something to remember. Even if it's only some small piece of verses, etc. However, in this case, especially during Monokuma's verses, you have surpassed yourselves. This is a new milestone, seriously o_o. I've listened to this battle many times before, now I've watched the visual version, and honestly? I still have great dissatisfaction. I will come back to it many more times, that's how great it is. Scruu Face Jean, who I watch from time to time, MUST HAVE this on his channel. *THIS IS FIRE!!!* 🔥 Ah, and who won? Well, I don't quite know, because I would have to spend some time to completely decipher all the words that have been said here. Also, as much as I associate these characters, I don't know enough about them to make a competent assessment (For me, both Jinx and Junko absolutely killed it 😎😮 - Monokuma also, naturally). Nonetheless, as I partially wrote above, the entire team creating this masterpiece are the real winners for me.
