Some things I’ve found with Jiren: Collosal Slash, his 1st lvl 1 super, goes through ANY beam super. Some of the lvl 3’s won’t be stopped completely, but damaged will still be reduced. Jiren’s downS not only has crazy range, it also acts as a reflect for Ki blasts. And finally, you can use the third hit of Jiren’s auto combo to pluck someone out of the air. For example, if there’s a Zamasu flying in front of you, you can press light until the Ki blast comes out. If you hit someone with it, the rest of the auto combo will play out. It’s not optimal, but it’s a situational mixup, and Jiren needs all the mixups he can get. This is the coolest one in my opinion because not many characters have an upwards Ki blast in the air, and Jiren’s is unique as you get a small free combo afterwards.

Been fun messing with him. Using SSjVegeta I can get corner to corner carries and easy extensions that lead to nice damage and knockdown anywhere on screen. My only problem is deciding on a second character to run with him. I can't confirm whether it's ''real'' or not but a softcore barely there mix is to either end your strings with his H command grab or do 236M (medium glare). Seems there's a frame gap similar to beams that catches people mashing buttons. So in a way Jiren probably has a similar blockstring mix to Broly/16. Also consider the range on your opponents quickest normal. Recently I learned if I go for his grab after a 2M the enemy can hit 5L but it literally won't reach me and I get the grab anyway. This of course loses to jabs that have good reach or fast mediums (not sure why they'd mash out with M but who knows). If anybody learns of any forbidden Jiren tech please let me know. Always curious to see what others find during their lab time. This also might be inconsequential but figured I'd throw it out there. His charge ability is pretty weak but 1 specific area I found it quite useful was using it to screw over Ginyus purple comet. A lot of Ginyus like to keep you in blockstun until right before the comet lands and either go for a quick overhead or low to open you into the comet. If you just haphazardly throw this charge out you nullify the comet storm and counter hit Ginyu which can be vanish/assist confirmed.

Just a little reminder: the heavy version of Jiren's shock tornado has no startup, wich means it counter as soon as it is input. As of the light and the medium versions, there is a little gap between the input and the moment the counter activates, wich means your opponent can still hit you if you don't use your counter soon enough. And since the heavy version is active frame 1, that means it's perfect to break the opponent pressure. Whenever your opponent is dropping that blockstring, spend that meter and reverse the situation! Plus it does a shitload of damage.

But Mastered Ultra Instinct Goku is stronger than Jiren, but the only reason he wasn't able to beat Jiren is because the power took its toll on Goku before he could finish him off.
