Jiri will be the biggest star in the history of the UFC, if he can win a few more times. He looks like a movie character and he's also physically huge and tall, and so he could get a ton of movie roles. His physical stature and his really intriguing accent, along with his "ancient warrior" personality, make him unique. He's also the best role model among active champions.

I don't often listen to Ariel, because I think the personal questions are extremely rude. He knows full well when he's crossing the line, and it's not clear why he does it. But I like Ariel, he's obviously a really good person and a great interviewer. But I don't agree with asking really unnecessary interrogative questions. I'd be really curious to hear if Jiri uses psilocybin or avoids it because he erroneously lumps it in with alcohol and other "substances" that can compromise the body and mind. He speaks like someone who has at least dipped his toes into that world....however I do know that many people who read about and participate in meditation "culture" sometimes espouse the ideas and terminology. I don't disdain that stuff really, although I do believe that, with psilocybin therapy, one comes to those ideas independently and articulates them in their own way versus reading someone else's articulation and trying to suss out meaning from that. I can imagine some use of psilocybin would really compliment Jiri's approach and growth as a fighter, a person and an autodidact.
