He is talking about kilograms not pounds. So 250 kg is around 550 pounds.

I have a hard time believing an MMA fighter is doing 550 deadlifts. It's pretty antithetical to their "athleticism" training, to invest so much time in a strength lift. Poatan posts deadlifts of like 245lbs, so it probably is just pounds, especially coming off of an injury.

@@keion_arknights 550 was his max he ever did, he told that he train with 460 - 470 right now.. if you watch his older fights he was bigger and more muscular before, so it was probably at that time… now for his weight 210 220kg is prety good deadlift for reps, he is strong and he knows what he is doing, deadlift is important for raw power of whole body.

I dunno but Alex didn't impress me in his last match. He barely defeated completely gassed Jan. Yeah I know there was an elevation but this will not be enough to beat Jiri. BJP will claim what is rightfully his!

Alex had has his first fight at 205 and at elevation against a guy with 30+ more fights in MMA and he had just gotten knocked out 3 months ago by Izzy that is a beast of a task to overcome Alex is getting better each time we see him dude has a mind of a champion his resume speaks for itself he’s unique!

No doubt he is getting better every match. Yet he has 1 big disadvantage in LHW and that is his chin endurance. He gor brutaly koed by Izzy with 1 shot and the match with Jan clearly showed he doesn't accept hits to head with ease. Guys in lhw hit way harder than Izzy... Another factor is his ground game he got nearly choked by Jan in 1st and Jan is not proper wrestler. You remember what Ankalaev did to Jan on the ground... Pereira is great but I dont see him as champ in lhw he is not well rounded.

basicly Jamahal won the belt and had interview with Ariel where Ariel said to him that he still sees Jiri as a champ and untill Hill defeats Jiri he will not see him as a rightfull champ... and now Ariel had interview with Jiri where he asks him thesee questions about Hill like what you think about his injury and Who do you think is better Hill or Alex ? and Jiri said his FIRST THOUGHT was that Hill looked like he gained some weight and that might caused it , Hill got mad that Jiri doesn't know his weight. also Jiri said that when he heard it he was like man what are you doing ? and again Hill go mad a bit becose Jiri climbed mountain and he can't play basketball ? So overall Hill got mad at Ariel becose he is really dissrespectfull towards him and bit mad at Jiri and he said he never talked bad about Jiri but at Joe Rogan podcast Hill talked a bit trash about Jiri. So Ye nothing new from Ariel , he does it all the time

Becose Chael has totall different mindset , in his mind it is immposible to accept that someone won the belt and vacated it becose of injury ( when it comes to Jiri but he is ok with Jamahal) Mainly becose Dana White said it is the worst shoulder injury that UFC doctors seen.... But he totally misses logic by those claims... Why would USADA test champ 64 times in a year when second most tested had like 25 tests. And then cover it up ...? To me it looked like they don't want Jiri as a champ and tried to sabotage him with constant tests in his fight prep... becose that was way too much ... some fighters don't have that many tests over 3 years ...
