I'm really surprised that you didn't use a belt/pulley system in order to lower the speed of disc. I've tried several sanding disc builds on bench grinders, and the grinders did not last long... until I made it offset and used a belt and pulleys to lower the speed.

@waterboy8999 yes, but the cheap ones are really sketchy. The VFD would work, but pricey. A single 2:1 pulley system will be perfect for disc sanding.

Исполнено, как всегда, отлично! Но я бы на месте автора подумал бы трижды, перед тем как устанавливать наждачный диск такого большого диаметра на это маломощное точило (всего 125W). Мне кажется, двигатель будет перегружен и легко может сгореть. Двигатель в одном из предыдущих роликов автора гораздо лучше подходил на эту роль. А ещё автору повезло с такой идеальной фанерой, даже балансировать фанерный диск не пришлось.

Hice algo parecido con una amoladora de banco " le puse un disco con la intención de lijar" unas piezas de madera Pero no dio' resultado, la amoladora se calentó a los 20 minutos de trabajo ¡ que llegó a quemarse la pintura ¡¡ Pienso que por la experiencia que tuve no sirve ese tipo de máquinas Mejor usar motor de lavarropas, son más fuertes ¡ Ya tengo echas lijadoras con motor de lavarropas y andan de maravilla ¡ Saludos desde Uruguay
