Hello friends !
I made a Benchtop Jointer using a rig system.
This is the third rig system.
A system that incorporates a rig into an electric planer, supports various applications, and facilitates attachment and detachment.
In addition, the front and rear base plates support not only height adjustment but also tilt adjustment.
The plate can be adjusted with high precision, enabling more precise processing.

This is really good. Thanks for sharing. Tip: You can take an empty plastic bottle and cut off the top, so it fits around the exhaust of the circular hand saw. Put it on when you want to cut and the dust is not thrown out into the room. It ends up in the bottle. It only needs to be a 0,5 ltr bottle or similar.

Make a few holes in or near end of the bottle and tape a scrotchbrite like kitchen scrubber. It will let the air pass through and act as a washable filter.

I think at angle jig it's better to make a recess. It would allow you to use all the field of knife, not it's only side.

TL;DR: as far as I know these parts are only available in Japan. The plans are available for sale (see link in the description above) and they have links to all hardware required. For a very similar part on another set of plans, the part supplier is Japanese and does not ship internationally. I was unable to find cost effective international shipping or a substitute. If you know anyone at the olympics...

素人考えで大変恐縮なのですが、木でベースやガイドなどにしてしまうと 経年による木の反りや縮などでズレが出てきやすくはならないのでしょうか？？ 楽しそうなので自作に挑戦すると面白いかなと思ったのですが、 実用上の精度に影響は出ないのかなーと思った次第です。
