13 years ago i made a LM3886 amp too.but mine is 3 X LM3886 for one channel. LM3886 can build very small size amp,3886 circuit design can very simple and power good enough ,lot of fun if build a super compact amp, maybe your next project make a super mini 3886 amplifier .sorry for my poor english. this video just bring me lot of good old memory.

電源と入れ物が凄いです。　ICアンプとは思えない音が出てきますね。 AB級のICでも脇役が凄いと良い仕事してくれる。　芸能界みたいな感じかな。 中華アンプは音質検討ほとんどせずにICメーカーの参考回路のまま一番安い材料で造っているのでしょうね。　それが、改造派の楽しみのネタでもあるのですが。　 魚心あれば水心と云ったところでしょうか。 最近は高級志向でトロイダルトランス電源の中華デジアンプも有ります。 あまり音質検討していないので残念な所もあるようです。

いつもながらスッキリとしたデザインで、クオリティの高さに驚きです。かっこいいなぁ・・・。 lepyのアンプは買ったことありますが、電源まわりにフィルター入れたり、出力のコンデンサを変更したりといじって遊ぶには楽しいです。 自作のアンプは面白いとは思うのですが、リモコン周りの設計がなかなか難しいなので既成品に落ち着きました。

12v dc for the chinese amp vs 18v dc for what he built plus the chinese amp has a smaller heatsink (less capacitance, less everything). The chinese amp probably doesn't use a proper texas instrument chip but a knock off (I cringe at what capacitors it's using, definitively not nichicon or panasonic). It's a bad way to blow your speakers or headphones.

Nice clean build. I also like the case. Is that really flux you are spreading or protective lacquer? Because flux would erode the circuit over time and is only supposed to help the solder joints and then get cleaned up.

個人的に思ったのが自分の中華アンプはトーンコントロールONにして両方共ある程度ゲインをあげるとフラットな特性になったように思う トーンコントロールOFFでも中華はフラットになるわけでもないの、かも？

やはりCNCはいいですね。 いつもユニバーサル基板と錫メッキ線を使っていたので羨ましいです。 ちなみにケース込みでいくらぐらい掛かったんでしょうか？

2万円くらいかな？ ちなみにケースが一番高いです。次に電源回路。アンプ基板だけだったら3000円しません。 でも、抵抗なんか一本1円の世界ですが100本単位の販売だったりして、これだけの為に材料を集めると結構な値段になると思います。 普通の人は完成基板を買ったほうが圧倒的に安上がりです。

製品は違いますが、自分の所有している中華アンプの印象も同一です。ラステームのRSDA202（改良版）を所有していて、比較しました。測定結果に納得です。一時的に使っていましたが、すぐにお蔵入りになりました。レビューは、高評価のものが多いので不思議ですが、比較する環境にないのかもしれませんね。

良いフライス盤ですね。制御は出来合いのコントローラを用いていますか？ ドリルの移動時に速度が徐々に変化しているのを見て、どのようなアルゴリズムなのかがとても気になりました。 X,Yが動く斜め45度の移動からX軸だけ動く真横への移動に移行する場面を考えた時。 速度を徐々に変化させると、本来止まらなくて良かったはずのX軸が、 Y軸の停止に伴って、一度停まらなくてはいけない事になります。 この場合、実際のところX軸は止まらずに済んでいる物なのでしょうか？

ああ・・書いていて思いましたが、移動方向が変わる瞬間の速度が、モーターを急停止しても脱調を起こさない速さであれば良いはずなので 急停止が可能な速さ。いわゆる徐行運転のような速さまで減速すれば、X軸は減速さえすれども停止まではしなくて済むかも知れませんね。 なんだか完全なる独り言ですみません・・。ですが実際どういう動きが採用されているのかは、やっぱり気になるところです。

制御ソフトは出来合いです。 制御は機械で行うのではなく、パソコン上から制御ソフトによって実行されます。 問題なく動くので深く考えたことはないのですが、Gコード毎に制御が止まることはありません。減速もせず、スムーズに動いているように見えます。 物理的な基盤レベルは生成されたパルス信号をステッピングモーターの動力に変換するだけなので制御ソフトが要ですね、、、

載せていないのですが、1万円クラスの中華アンプより性能は高いです。 ただ、オシロスコープで測定すればの話で、実際に聞くとノイズが少ない程度で大きな違いを感じられませんでした。

中華アンプを使っていられるので、たまたま家に同じものがあったので、 バラしてみたら、最終段つまり、変調するところが MOS FETではなくて、ダイオードのブリッジです。 電源がしっかりしている　トロイダルコイルトランスなので、 当然差がはっきりしてきます。 家にしばらく使わなかった業務用　４５０W X2のトロイダルトランス 採用ののアンプがありますが、重くて、Dクラスのパワーアンプモジュールが 安いので、380WX２の組み合わせで中身を変えたいと思っています。

Interesting. The home build sounds much better. .... But could this be because of quality or impedance mis-match between the amplifier and speakers? Not trolling. If it is down to a mis-match, it just shows how important matching is! :)
