💪🏻Very well explained physical stress, rest, and recovery... further podcasts kindly cover mental stress and recovery, which also matters a lot in the human lifestyle. (Basically hormonal function in stressful situations)

Mr. Narayan Murthy after watching this video ' If you sleep for 7-9 hours then how will you work for 14 hours Daily '. Jokes apart, I Throughly enjoyed all the 5 episodes. Big brother, I feel too much hunger/craving after a good strength + cardio session and i end up eating too much and sometimes unhealthy too. Any tip to tackle that ?

Mujhe sleep to aati hai but 9 hrs job 4 hrs travel & then complete house work from cooking to cleaning everything thn if i will sleep more thn 5 hrs thn i will meshup other things. So what to do in this case???

Is it important to take a day off (rest day) from strength training and yoga once a week? Or we can push our body continuesly without rest days?

Depends on your recovery. If you feel recovered, go ahead and workout 7 times a week

how do we come to if HRV indicates the Recovery, like if i have HRV 29ms, does it mean it is recovery, how do we find by data if I am recovering or not by looking at the data.
