I’ll add those progression rolls movements as part of my mobility exercise programme. Even though it will requires me to develop good control & technique

Oof! This was a good little workout. I don't know what it was, but those 1/2 Granby Rolls made me so sick to my stomach. Weird. The full Granby Rolls not so much. I don't work inversions too much (obviously) - yet another skill to get better at. I both love and hate the neck exercises - I feel like they're helping my stiff neck though. Maybe it's not so much stiff as weak. Thanks brother!
