Yesterday did a 5th of July guilt workout and woke up today very tight, sore, and kinda beat up from the week. This was a perfect recovery routine to keep my body moving and start the week on a positive note rather than just skipping a workout. Good little sweat and the body feels loose and ready for the day! Thanks!

Aaaaaaaaahhhhh! I was like, "Oh good, an easier workout." Those clam shells and side leg raises were killing me. And then the foot pummeling - geez my feet don't work right, and my brain hurts. This was awesome! I'll definitely be doing this workout a bunch more times! Great stuff brother! Thank you!!

I'm glad these are helping you out during this crazy time. Sucks things will be shut down for a while in New York, I was living out there for a few years training at Renzo's in Manhattan before moving back to CA recently. Where are you training? And I have an Apparel Store, jiu-jitsu-flow.myshopify.com/. I'm doing this all myself and learning as I go so I'll be adding more product etc. in the future.

This training is so good for recovery after hard workout, thank You! And I would like to know more about breath techniques in next videos (as far as I understand it's some sort of 'vacuum'?)
