@@JiuJitsuFLO The videos are just amazing. One thing, in the old ones there is more a feeling of hiit, the news one are lighter. I usually repeat the old ones once a week. They are more bjj related

my favorite floor work vid so far- thank you!! loving it :) these vids are really making my hojme workouts during the shutdown more interesting and enjoyable. I just add 1 or 2 vids to my boxing workout and it's purrrrfect!

This vidoe ist ist just perfec in the exercise, but from level 1 to level 2 was the same as white belt t black belt. In the new videos there is aways a small intervall between the sets and an explanation. This one would be better if u do like a series so we can continue working on our coordination

Yes, this is GREAT, no offense to the camera person but it would be better if it stayed in an angle without moving too much, got a lil dizzy 🥴

Is there a level 1.5 to this? 😂 Cause level 1 was easy enough but level 2 i just cannot finish 😅
