Jiu-jitsu is the next art i am going to embark on. I am starting to see that alot of exercises in this video, I already do. I am glad to know I am thinking on the right track. Gyms are a question due to covid, but I will be getting a grappling dummy and do drills until I find " home" meaning the right gym to embark on my Jiu-jitsu journey. I want to learn and compete in masters ( 40+ competitions) and compete with players half my age. My legs are far from gone. I still have years left. Alot of years.
