This is not really how it works FYI anyone looking into this as a viable solution. You have to have multiple applications open, the "screen pop" with vital information referenced is not a screen pop for the integration, just the regular app which is very misleading. This ONLY works if you have the Jive Integrations application up and open on your screen which means you need a whole new window always running at all times for the application as opposed to a app open and running that automatically opens for you. Also, it only opens with Redtail on the call if there is a blind transfer which is not how most offices work. If it is a warm transfer, it only has the receptionist info for the call making this a useless sales pitch. There is a "workaround" for that, but there shouldn't have to be more steps and tricks to get a technology to work correctly.
