Yeah, he might be. I have a lifetime best friend, we shared season tickets throughout the entire Showtime era, starting in 1982. When all the talk started about JJ becoming our coach, he was vehemently against it, actually saying on social media that he was done with the Lakers for hiring JJ. But I know nothing, and I was thinking "What if?" Like I was thinking the same thing when the Rams hired a 30 year old McVay. What if? Well, it's early, but it's starting to feel the same way. In the preseason, he averaged 4.2 ppg on 8% from 3 and 24% from the field on 15 minutes per game. Horrific shooting percentages. Furthermore, when you actually watch the games, you can see he doesn't know what he's doing and is not NBA ready (or even g-league ready).
