Full credit goes to the voice actor for Narancia in this episode. I always found Abbachio's death hard to read in the manga but the animation with Narancia's heart crushing performance makes me tear up every time

Noticed how Bruno was bleeding from his lip. That contradicts the question why Bruno never bled when hurt in his previous fights past his encounter with bossu. I don't know enough about biology to know why, I pretty sure if his heart stopped beating since the bossu fight then he would of used up all of the remainder blood by now and in that case he would be a walking, decaying, corpse with a stand. Maybe it's Giorno's stand to just keep the body alive and rejuvenated but instead of reviving the heart, supplements blood in areas that would need the body to look alive or to keep functioning for so long, so to supply blood to Bruno's lip would keep it rejuvenated.

Bruno didn't bleed, not because he lost all of his blood but because it wasn't circulating in him anymore. There was still blood in his lip, and he bit it with enough force to make it bleed like normal.
