While the villains believe that any path that leads to what you want is right, the heroes learn through their journey that true success and justice comes from taking on hardships and standing against evil. Mentally, the boss lost to Giorno from day one, since he would never have had the resolve to defeat him with his mindset.

One thing that's easy to miss unless you speak Italian: Giorno turned Abbacchio's corpse into a field of dandelions, in Italian Dandelions are called "Dente di leone" which is a very fitting tribute for Leone Abbacchio. Also a final show of acceptance for Giorno is he knew Giorno would be able to reunite the piece in his hand and find the death mask.

This is a great death scene, is as brutal as you're used to from JoJo deaths but it even closes the arc Abbacchio's character with that scene with his partner in the afterlife (a beautiful scene btw. I love the detail that the narrator said that Abbacchio no longer would feel a thing yet here he cried) and I love the detail of Abbacchio's eyes taking a direct look at the boss before dying so he could complete the replay. He was a true one

About Doppio/Boss - there is no taking over bodies, he just took kids clothes, Doppio suffers from dissociative identity disorder where one pesonality is the Boss and other is Doppio - his right hand man and they share the same body. BUT Doppio is not aware of that and thinks boss is someone else. Doppio looks young because its Jojo and not everything makes sense( plus boss doesn look old either) they also look diferent -(you'll see) but again its Jojo

Doppio essentially looks like the boss did when he was 17/18, when the boss first kinda took over. Essentially he’s a bit frozen in time. It’s a complete exaggeration of the “changes” in behavior attributable to DID. Kind of a Jekyll and Hyde sort of vibe.

Okay, i feel like i should explain something with Abbacchios Stand: The Assassin Squad, La Squadra, was all about killing people, but quietly. That's why you have so many stands that can kill you so easily without them being close to you, like Baby Face, Little Feat or Grateful Dead. The Boss' guard, Unita Speciale, was all about defeating the people that betray the Boss, so we have Stands that did so much damage to individual people like Clash and Notorious B.I.G. or taking a group down from the inside, like Talking Head was. Bucciarati's group was more for gathering information and perhaps even torture. That's why we have Sex Pistols and Aerosmith being stands that scout the area, with Aerosmith even having the Radar for better scouting. Bucciarati is able to get to places quickly by zipping up or through obstacles, also it's good for torturing someone to get information out of them, like we saw in the beginning when Giorno first met Bucciarati (that and Bucciarati's whole interrogation tactics with tasting the sweat of a liar). Fugo's quick to rage nature and high IQ also make him a great Interrogator, also if it comes to a deadly fight with a normal citizen his stand can immediately take them out (because La Squadra mainly assassinates political figures and american gangsters, they wouldn't be sent to kill some normal citizen). Giorno is a good supporting role, being able to heal people, but he's also got the Joestar blood in him, which makes him a clever person that picks up on even the smallest details, like we saw in this episode where he was the only one to notice the debris in Abbacchio's hand (We saw how this was used by multiple Joestar's before to get the upper hand, Joseph's ability to make quick battle plans, whilst also being able to tell what an enemy is going to say by noticing small details about them. Jotaro used this to try and find out who Kira was and where he was, which worked out the first time with the Shoe store. Josuke, like Joseph [like father like son you could say] is quick on making calls and creating battle strategies through picking up small details). Now the last member of the group and the whole reason for this explanation, Abbacchio: Abbacchio's stand is INCREDIBLE to get information by giving us a replay of people. We saw this coming into use multiple times, like on the Boat where he was able to find out about how the others got taken out and that there is another enemy on the island waiting for them, or at the restaurant where he was unable to get a full replay which made him realize that the enemy's stand is able to teleport, but it being a weak stand makes him almost certainly loose a one on one stand fight, because he isn't supposed to be getting into fights, that wasn't his role in Passione. In conclusion, Bucciarati's group's main objective before the betrayal was to gather information that is useful for either their group, Polpo, The boss or Passione as a whole, their main objective wasn't to fight people, or even stand users, that was the objective of the other groups in Passione. If Bucciarati's group would have gotten into a fight, it would have most likely been, because they tried to gather information from someone, who doesn't want to comply. But in that case, they would have sent someone who can win in a fight, like Bucciarati being the one who was sent to interrogate Giorno in the beginning. They wouldn't just send Abbacchio to do a job which would likely devolve into a fight.

When Narancia started sobbing I couldn't stop the tears anymore it hit hard. Abbachio really cared for his team even if he didn't look like it or act like it. The way he tries to get on the bus so he can get back to them really shows his dedication. His hesitance to accept Giorno as a part of the crew was just him trying to protect them from any potential danger Giorno might bring. In the end, he leaves a clue that only Giorno would understand. Abbachio has been described to not feel anything but when he cries because his partner compliments him and says he's proud it really shows how deeply he does feel. RIP Abbachio.

Abbacchio never liked Giorno, because he had the same spirit he had, back when he was a rookie cop. It took him a long time to realize that unlike him, Giorno would never lose sight of the righteous path. But he wasn’t wrong about one thing, though. Giorno did get him killed. Without Giorno, he, Bruno, and all the others, never would have betrayed the boss, and the majority of them would probably still be alive. But I don’t think he regrets that aspect of it all, though.

Just to answer your question at the end: If Giorno dies, Bruno will still be alive. The energy that Gold Experience gives to a target become that target's own energy, until they use it all up. Also, to answer the other question without spoiling too much, this goes back to what Jotoro said to Josuke in Part 4: No stand can bring a person back to life. Even Gold Experience cannot "bring people back". Gold Experience can't bring life to dead things; he transforms inanimate objects into living creatures. What Gold Experience can do give life energy to a body, and put a body back into a useable state.

You are correct in saying he can transmute dead bodies into living things, but that is a different ability you are referring to.

Concerning Abacciho's final opinion of Giorno: We cannot really tell for sure, but I think it is kinda telling that he clutched a fragment of the secret death mask of the Boss he created. He knows how Golden Experience works, so leaving the discovery of his last message to Giorno makes me think that he trusted Giorno in the end, even though he kept being an ass to him. But he is just tsundere like that....

I personally think that the main reason why Giorno could revive Bruno but not Bucciaraty was mostly the timing and motivation of the ones dying. Abbachio didn't seem to have the insane will to live Bruno possessed so he died much quicker and then clearly more time had passed. Meanwhile, Bruno was just moving beyond mortal wounds on sheer determination and willpower and then Giorno revived him literally a couple of seconds after Bruno had finally passed away.

Don't think there are any references this time around, but definitely some next episode! Memorable memes this time! Ep 28: Jojo donut count - 4 (Kakyoin, Koichi, Bruno and now Abbachio) Abbachios Cop friend talking about how the process is more important than obtaining the results is pretty much the integral message of this Part. As The Boss is the complete opposite of this message, using his stand to skip time to always go to the best result for himself. Man Narancia going through the stages of Grief begging for Giorno to bring Abbachio back always tears my heart apart. Also one interesting note is that throughout all of part 5 Abbachio hated/distrusted giorno because he sensed what danger Giorno would bring and knew that Giornos alternative motive could result to the deaths of them, but in Abbachios final moments, he held the key to the bosses identity in a way that only Giorno could have figured out. In his dying breath he trusted Giorno would carry on his final duty in delivering the Bosses identity. Also the boss did not swap bodies, he just basically kidnapped the kid, ate him a bit to get it on then sealed him up so that he could keep breathing to continue luring narancia and Bruno away in order to finish his task to kill Abbachio

So if he activates it everything were to happen in the world as it were nothing would really change only he would have knowledge of anything changing in that he can change stuff within his world but he's straight up does not stop time. Meaning he couldn't get away any easier from them he had to crawl away slowly and deal with the situation as is you have no other way

(Spoilers for episodes 28/29 I don't remember which, you probably saw them on patreon but just to be sure) The thing about not looking for the result is also true with risotto and bruno, both of which went looking for the boss and upon finding the boss, instead of being patient they got greedy and tried to take him out then and there, they tried to skip to the result, difference being that brunos reason was to save someone and risottos reason was to carry out the plan, which could have waited. And as you see they both got killed

now, while i'm sure a majority of the fanbase including myself think episodes 27 and 28 are virtually flawless, there is one thing that bothers me. Risotto using Aerosmith's iron to control Aerosmith.. why does Aerosmith contain iron? you're telling me it's a physical Stand? That feels like kinda a bullshit detail that could of been established earlier. maybe a scene of a kid saying "oh look, there's a plane in the sky!!!!" or something like that. Part 5 is truly Arakis' magnum opus of bullshit. Deus Ex Machina out the ass lol. also, i wont go into much detail since we all know it. Abbaccios' death is the best in the series so far and i love it to death. so awfully sad. i actually cried.
