Very nice, wondered when we were going to see the build of the “Invisible” as she was nicknamed during the Falklands war.
@phillipsiviter20244 жыл бұрын
RMSbritannic1916 I’m referring to her Falklands conflict nickname - HMS Invisible as the Argentinians couldn’t find her in the South Atlantic - her compatriot Hermes was also given a nickname during the conflict Hermesetas,, she dissolves in hot water - British squaddie humour.

A wonderful build. The 1:350 figures really made it come to life mate.👍👍

I think they do add a nice little touch to all models! Just watched your 'don't tell the wife' video = genius! Plus, you are now +1 subscriber, happy to support a fellow Brit!!

Do you plan on doing the 1/350 Arizona maybe?
@JJModelMaking5 жыл бұрын
I hadn't actually no. Would you recommend it?
@kyleruiz71675 жыл бұрын
@@JJModelMaking yeah I do, even though it has some little innacuarcies, it can easily be fixed and would look really nice with detail sets. It seems like a good model that you would enjoy building since it's a different and unique looking ship. But yeah I hope you eventually do it :)

Thanks Kyle! What are you working on at the moment?
@kyleruiz71675 жыл бұрын
@@JJModelMaking im currently finishing dragon's premium 1/700 Arizona, I'm putting the finishing photo etch details on and then I have flyhawk's 1/700 deluxe prince of whales on its way in the mail, so I'll be working on that when it comes in a couple weeks so I'm looking forward to that! PS, one of my favorite ideas that I do for most of my models that have photo ech, on one side I have everything painted while on the other side, I leave the photo etch unpainted just so you have that wow feeling that you can see where all of the metal peices are while you can still enjoy the other side where it looks the best

@@kyleruiz7167 Best of luck with the Arizona and Prince of Wales then! And a genius idea about the photoetch, love it!

At 6:34 I see the number 2 on the lower right is off by .000000000000000000000002 nano meters. Throw it all away and start over please. Use a Micrometer Caliper. You can get one from NASA for just under $2,000,000
