Hi, I would like to ask you if the axle and gearbox + 180 motor assembly can be replaced with the original ones from TRX4m.

@fyego they actually come with a 280 motor. I think I saw someone on Facebook who did a 180 trx4m transmission swap to accommodate the 180 motor. Look up the austar / 8809 page . ✌️ 👽 Hope that gives you more information. As for me I've not tried any such thing so I have no info other than that. Thanks for stopping by 😎

I am looking at buying one of these, what upgrades did you do ? And do you know if the TRXM upgrade parts are compatible?

@R3DLiNCOLN-13 so far I have done wheels and tires. The stock electronics come with fed brake rev. So I've put a fms esc and reciever combo in. It's super smooth. I also cut the bump stops on the servo. You will see what I'm talking about they are little vertical columns that prevent max steering angle. As far as trx4m stuff most fits yes. The front steering link I hear is longer and maybe rear drive shaft. Everything else seems to fit. Its injoras trx4m so they for sure have parts to accommodate. I love this thing. I also swapped out the light kit and made my own.

@@northernlightsrc8994one more question what size is the stock wheels and tires and what size did you replace them with?
@northernlightsrc8994Ай бұрын
@R3DLiNCOLN-13 no problem, The stock are 60x21 and I went with hobby soul m/t now which are 61x22.4 and they are perfect . In this video they are on rc4wd slingers. I believe the slingers are also 61 but skinnier at 20? I believe. I wouldn't go larger than 62 unless you are ok trimming. Also be careful with alot of offset at 62mm you may rub. With cutting the servo tabs, and putting the fms esc in. I can trim the steering and get FANTASTIC steering angle without scrub using both the rc4wd slingers and the hobby soul 1.0 mt. Imo the slingers work better , I just like the look of the hobby soul but they are like splitting hairs when I say better. Happy to help ✌️ 👽 thanks for stopping by
