We have a king sized bed that my husband made, and I made a king sized quilt for on top and we used king sized sheets, etc. All was well until one night my husband just about strangled me when he grabbed everything and rolled away from me and it all ended up so tight on my neck it woke me right up. That happened one more time and instead of waiting for third time is the charm and he would have choked me to death, I took action. I got some twin sized sheets at the thrift store and he got a stack of twin size or queen sized blankets, afghans, etc. and I got a stack of my blankets and quilts and he hasn't choked me since. The king sized quilt was cut in half as well. Now I no longer fear death when going to bed. Leon was so funny when he crawled up while you were talking about the blanket and you could tell he was there to hog the camera. If I had just gotten back from such a big trip, I would have skipped bath time altogether. I would have been too tired and that sort of things was always my job. ALL child care and house care, etc. was my job. My ex seemed to think that if he read to the boys for 15-30 minutes each day that he was doing enough, although I don't think he ever thought that I was doing enough even though I had a job as well. I love seeing how you and John work together. Theo's smile is so pretty. Can you say a boy's smile is pretty?

I think it is so beautiful the way Leon gives love to his baby brother. Theo's face when taking his meds was priceless. Wow, 12 hours is a long time for an adult much less two little boys. You both are such awesome parents. Sending love to all of you!

I have artificial knees and I can't even think about what he is doing on those knees. When I fall, one of the things that keeps me from being able to get back up is any weight on my knees is excruciating!

Leon will want to crawl under it! Theo did not like the taste of that medicine. Amazing that his taste buds can tell the different in a good taste vs a bad taste at that age. Now you get to do laundry from your trip for the next week....yay.

We went to Tennessee and got back yesterday and I was so tired. That was a 6 hour trip a 15 hour trip 😩 shoot me and get me out of my misery. I would love to visit Florida but I know I can't do that trip from WV. I feel bad for babies and kids taking liquid medications. I can't do liquids they are gross.
