A 74 yr old woman has been arrested due to this pathetic law already... All because her Neighbour CLAIMS she said something she didn't like.... This law doesn't even require evidence as Perception is deemed good enough... By this I mean if you perceive what was said was hate or felt hurt etc then the claim is valid... Now just think about that for a second. if the person perceives it a hate crime it will be treated as a hate crime and the legal definitions will be ignored.... This Stupid law is nothing more than a weapon to be used too shut folk down and push fear..
