Totally agree, mainstream Charities these days are all about paying out large Salaries (which I must admit is lawful) and massive admin fees. If you want to give, just look for someone in your area or while on holiday abroad and give 100 percent of the money to the person in need.

This is terrible. After their Haiti sex scandal in exploiting vulnerable women and girls in a community they were supposed to help - they now mock a successful woman whose only crime seems to be speaking common sense in a society that is corrupt and demoralised. “Gender is a social construct”. No. Pronouns have and always will be in reference to your biology. Even before our ancestors knew about genetics, they could see the results of biology. There are 2 types of humans. They need to be linguistically differentiated as they perform different biological roles. If you are pro trans you need to accept this otherwise there is no point in transitioning. Hence why trans people get cosmetic procedures and take medication to change their biology.

How confusing has this debate actually become? If trans people are genuinely the opposite sex, they wouldn't need to change their body at all to suit their self image. This is a really interesting conversation, and definitely a dilemma that we need to figure out. The argument basically seems to go like this: my employer's policies, public and private statements, and branding, can be used to express certain views. And those views may conflict with my own views and I may find them offensive. And the mere act of conflicting with my own views, is enough to create a humiliating and hostile working environment and be harassment, she says (3:20). That publishing a corporate language guide that requires me to use language that reflects a view that conflicts with my own is also a hostile working environment. This really seems like an untenable position to me. It seems completely unreasonable to expect any corporation to reflect every view of all its employees in its use of language, branding, and statements. That would mean that no corporation could have any kind of consistent identity. It would also mean that the increasing trend towards hiring people for "culture fit" (as in, their views matching the corporation's views, rather than their ability to do good work with the people they work with, professionally) would get worse.

Surely be definition a "terf" or "gender critical feminist" has to also be a feminist; not all critics of the transactivist gender ideology are "gc feminists/TERFs": when there is a movement as reality-challenging as the transactivist movement it's going to have a lot of oppositional opinions from different perspectives and only those oppositional from a feminist perspective would count as "terfs" and/or "gc feminists" (terminology dependent on which side is doing the naming.

JK Rowling also supports trans rights. She doesn't support trans privileges though, which is why she's so unpopular with unreasonable, irrational trans activists. Trans people have the same rights as everyone else. What activists are pushing for is for people who identify as trans to be treated DIFFERENTLY from everyone else. They want society to be forced to ignore their sex and pretend they're the sex that they're not. By saying you think Rowling is wrong for objecting to this and pointing out how this negatively affects females, you're only showing how twisted and irrational your mind is.
