My employer is now demanding staff to do refeesher courses every 6 months about trans awareness. They will also allow trans staff to attend reassignment surgery with full pay and no mark on absence record. When i had spine surgery i was on reduced pay and had to take a week leave. Safe to say im getting out of this place

As the vast majority of businesses will only oay into a babk account, as will most pension providers, then a bank account is a must. Therefore the law must be changed to ensure that a persons access to an account is enshrined in law and that an account can only be closed in very very specific circumstances and that a full and complete reason must be given in writing and a right to appeal is also a requirement. Further more an independent ombudsman be appointed with wide ranging powers. Any bank that fails to be subject to very large financial penalties and the officers of the bank held to be accountable.
