The Senate has not yet taken a stand on Kawira issue. The matter is constitutionally and correctly before the Senate. Kawira has been impeached already by the CA. The Senate's work is just to either uphold or reject Meru CA's position after hearing both parties. Moses Kuria should have appeared before the Senate as Kawira's witness.
