Man, this guy is a legend! So many other videos use all sorts of fancy terminology and make a load of assumptions about the golfers ability or knowledge. Jonathan explains all of this in such simple terms, it makes it nice and easy to implement. Keep up the great work!

I have been having some right knee discomfort because I misunderstood the knee action in the downswing and follow-through. Your explanation and demonstration completely described what my faults have been and how to correct them. The swing now feels much better on my knee and helps me to complete the swing the proper way. Thanks very much!

This really is awesome and it is interesting to see Mcilroy actually incorporating straightening both legs even more!- why he has such power in a small frame- spring up straighten legs and utilise the ground! - getting the sequence of weight shift, hip rotation, then extension of legs and then hips and back - is hard to do but my goodness - this has revolutionised my golf - and !! No more back pain as all kinetic energy goes into impact rather than staying in lower back- Fantastic JKM!! as always but this is just revolutionary - best coach out there by a mile!!!!

Very simple and well summarized explanation. I have a problem not having a steady feet after the impact or ball is released. My weight normally shift to my right making me lose balance. Thank you Jonathan

Another great Video, Jonathan 👍🏻 This (leg extension on followthrough) looks like Lexi Thompson’s move. She does it so extreme she actually HOPS during her followthrough. I have a problem … 1) keeping my LEFT FOOT DOWN, and 2) SPINNING OUT 🙄 I see good players keeping their feet planted throughout the entire swing. So how do I keep my feet still with this aggressive lower body move? (with the knees and legs) Always clear and simple explanation of some complex moves in the golf swing 👏🏻 Keep up the good work … and Merry Christmas! 🎄

I have the exact opposite problem. I find it absolutely impossible to regain any flex in my right knee in the downswing. I maintain some flex in it in the backswing but as I shift my weight left and pull my left hip back, my right leg only straightens.
