Yes both options are available, I purchased the organist edition of the book on-line from a Slovak book store, it's simply stunningly good quality, size, binding, print quality, a beautiful book! It cost me around $100 USD for the book with shipping. Every page has been scanned and is available for free to download, though I preferred to have the actual book. I'll post urls for both sources.
