Jeff, thanx for the eye-opening walk-tour ! Did not know this area even existed !! Glad it was able to be renovated with some unique storefronts, restaurants, and bars - not to mention the graffiti art and creations !! Look forward to the next "Walk" !!!

That's funny you meantion the Hillcrest District in San Diego. It reminds me of Capitol Hill which is the gay district in Seattle with the cool shops and places to eat. Last year after Depeche Mode in Sacramento my cousin and went to San Francisco and got to check out the Castro. Lots of cool places to check out, great food and lots of eye candy. haha Great walk Jeff, showing a different side of Las Vegas for those who love the artsy life.

Have never journeyed through the Arts District. Thanks for showing us around. Esther's Kitchen is definitely a restaurant we want to try some time. Jeff pronounced Mezcla Ceviche and Tequila Bar as Mezcal. Oops. The Colorado, looked it up. Seems to be available for lease. Nothing there yet. Love karaoke, fun to sing but so bad at it. LOL
