JL Audio 12W7 playing Bass I Love You

JL Audio 12W7 powered by a Kenwood amp putting out about 750 watts (couldnt afford a real amp). Spec ported box. Stock door speakers and a Kenwood DDX418 head unit.

I got the whole jl w7 13.5 anniversary edition with 1000/1 400/2 twice focals k2 all round and an optima battery yellow top and I must say it’s the pound for pound the best sound system in the world

It's a fantastic song to demo if your system can play down to 8hz. Really only works well with 4th order or sealed setups. That bass drop can be violent and surprising with big cone area and alot of air movement.

@@klkl4373 I mean I’ve had JL stuff but I think sundown beats it in quality as well. JL is a big price for its name. I’ve had JL subs catch fire from light clipping and sundown can clip for days and never skip a beat. JL isn’t bad stuff but I’m just sayin. But everyone got their opinion.

@@jstar3387 bro sundown is most definitely not SPL only. The U series and lower is SQL for sure. And they do a great job sounding amazing while taking the power without a sweat. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion though so that’s just my personal experience/opinion.

Quite frankly I think the W7 is the best sounding sub on the planet. Now to some that is blasphemous and to some they totally agree. You know what they say to each his own!
