​@SS-sw8de it depends on what jl model your comparing to but the comp c is the entry lvl for kicker so something like.this would be an extreme difference in what you hear and what you actually feel. The comp c would be similar to like a w0 which is there entry lvl. This is there top.of the line shallow driver and plays alot like a standard size woofer in a very shallow space.

I came across a JL engineer's comment on these shallow subs. He said that the sound quality should be just as good as any of their higher end subs, they just won't be as loud because of their lack of size. Essentially just add another one if you want volume, but they'll sound clean.

And adding distribution block for battery and ground power that will be in the back to power the amp, lc2i pro, and in the future should i need it, the epicenter mini. I have not been able to find the vx series in stock. I see jd and rd series a lot. the hd and rd i see in stock once in a while. I hate ordering stuff thats i cant install same day or the next day. 😂
