@@russellwyzykowski7675 Hey, I changed all the speakers, I changed the front and rear woofers to power bass, which are plug and play and sound amazing. However, their tweeters are horrible, so I used infinity references for the tweeters as well as the front and rear 3.5 speakers. The system sounds amazing now especially at loud volume. I also bought the Amazon sound deadening and did all of the doors and rear as well.... To me that was the best option as I am an audiophile. A friend of mine installed the focal plug and play speakers but those were way too expensive and did not have the solid bass as mine does, Although the mid and highs were better and brighter, the infinity tweeters were much more warmer which is my style.

That stealth box sounded really good over KZbin for a 10 inch. I was concerned about the 10w3v3 stealth box for the ford flex but it seems like it will give a nice SQL there.

Is it possible to add a aftermarket amp and sub upto a factory deck... I have a 2015 Taurus limited want some extra thump... But if I put a aftermarket double din deck in it'll still have the slot for the CD insert showing... I'm not to far from London and can swing buy your shop...

How did you feed the audio signal to the amplifier? This is a DSP controlled unit that automatically lowers the bass output upon raising the volume. Were you able to defeat that? Or did you just use a high/low level adapter and piggyback off the speaker outputs?

I had the same question. The driver's side houses the rear air conditioner. You can run a Skar 10'' tube, they seem to have a good amount of base.

does the truck harness have the 12v charge wire? i work at ford, and know that some f150's that dont come with the trailer tow package wont come with that 12v charge wire in the harness.

you also have to put the 12v fuse in before it will work

2015+ without the trailer tow package do not have the wiring in the harness, nor does it have a spot for the fuse like the 2009-2014's do.

Don't blame Curt, blame the dealership that installed it, they could have gone to their own parts counter just like you did and got the proper harness and plug, but they elected to cheap out and go aftermarket.
