I got one the other week for $40 on best buy, amazing deal for what its worth, my only issue is honestly the stand as it keeps slipping and isn't high enough, but thats probably on me, plus thats the stand itself and not the mic which is the important part.

Hey can you please make a comparison video between Samson q2u and Audio technica 2100x. There is not a single video on the KZbin.
@agambhasin4 жыл бұрын
Thats bcz they both are very very similar to each other, just that Q2U can sound a bit fuller on some voices, both equally suck at plosives, u wd need a windscreen, but both give u a very rich, bright, crisp, podcast sound which is why they are the number 1 choice for beginner podcasters, honestly if u r getting both, choose Q2U, but even if u choose the 2100, its awesome! I use it myself and i love it!

Yea so, mine literally just stopped working… (no lights, audio, or any sign of life) I tried using a different usb space and still no sign of life. The mic doesn’t even show up in my device manager now. I’m starting to think the factory usb cable is bad or all my unused USB ports are broken (the latter is unlikely as this is a new HP Omen). Plz send halp. Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.

Thank you! His name is Matt Pehrson from The Zion Tattoo Company in St George, Utah. You should check out his Instagram, he does amazing work! Yeah podcasting has become insanely popular. During quarantine a bunch of people were like “I don’t have anything to do… I’ll start that podcast I have been thinking about doing for a while.” Another big part of it is also Zoom meetings. Companies like JLab are marketing to people who work remotely now, telling them they will seem more professional with better audio.

is it possible that the audio quality it's so clear and good because your studio it's just very well set? I got a JLab talk go this week and sound it's not as clear as in your video, and it has this weird high pitched annoying bee sound ... No idea how to describe it. Anyways I returned it. Still looking for a mic.
@AudioHotline3 жыл бұрын
That sounds more like an interference/gain issue rather than a room issue. However, I actually use sound blankets rather than permanent treatment so that I can take it out for reviews, especially for inexpensive mics like this. The room does sound decent on its own, but not amazing. Another note, I was actually sent the Talk Pro… HATED IT! Had a lot of issues with it. Maybe they just did something right about the Talk Go vs the talk and talk pro 🤷♂️

The cardiod feature (blue LED Light) seems good for at the PC, but somehow also picks me up anywhere in my condo better than omni mode (green light). Is that cause I spend more time infront of the mic (in front of the logo portion) rather than behind the mic, where Omni might be better?
