I am a bass head and was very impressed with these... after tweaking my own eq I was very satisfied with the sound.. they did an awesome job. Jlab rocks... nice review

Got mine as well, only issue I’ve seen thus far has been some funky noise in call audio testing. Sent a couple of test sample files to the gang at JLab; they’re checking and we’ll see how it goes. The music audio quality is excellent and yes the ANC is very nice as well.

I bought these before they released the app based on the specs in their email and I am very happy with them. Now with the app available they are even better. One problem with the automatic in ear detection is it resets to on every time the buds are put back in the case even though the app shows the feature is still turned off. JLab verified this and I hope this can be corrected in an update. I’m getting used to the problem but I don’t like to have to open up the app when I don’t want in ear detection on. Great review and I think JLab is doing some very good stuff.

I got the sport version. So far, so good. Little pricey but still hard to beat for all the capabilities they bring forward. These will really rock once they nail down tuning.

They came out with that support version just after I got these, I wish I got the sport version!?!? Feature set is incredible, it'll be hard to go back to ordinary buds

Thanks for this awesome review, I really appreciate it. I think something that sets you apart is that you have not reviewed a ton of high-end buds so we can trust your reviews to be based off how good the earbud really is, not how good it is compared to sony, or Sennheiser.

Hi Aloysiuis, I'm not interested in paying a lot for a piece of technology that I'm pretty sure will be broken in 6-12 months. There's no way these can last, either the battery, sweat or wear and tear will destroy them. And I don't believe the difference in sound quality can be worth $1-$200 when for the most part, the movements of your body while walking, talking, running, working out or generally moving will introduce enough noise to equalize out most earbuds - but that's me, i'm going to be satisfied with, in this case, a $99 bud that gives me all these features even if some of them aren't perfect. lol, generally speaking, if i were not running this channel, and tomorrow morning I go on a 4 mile run, I'd be pretty likely to take either these or the MPow Flame Lites (like $39) for that run. Not some $250 pair of PowerBeats Pros. I also like Mustangs more than BMW's, so I guess I'm consistent in finding value in the performance of things and not in the ultimate performance of things.

@@banehogs5589 They do sound very good for the price I paid. I had problems with connectivity for a couple of weeks, they kept cutting out. The touch controls are not the best.

I lost my jlab air executives. And just got this today for 70 bucks and I absolutely love them. Sound quality is amazing. Just don't care for the app because it takes forever to notice my ear buds are connected. Great video btw!

Help!!! I got the AirPod Pros and they just did not work in my ears, they hurt and did not fit. These are on super sale at Best Buy right now, should I get these?? I’m anxious about the price difference, are these comparable to the Pros? I loved the ANC & transparency on the Pros and the independent use.

Hi @Claire, not sure why the airpod pro's would hurt your ears, but feature wise, these have more features than the pros, at least for android users, including all the features you mentioned. But again, why did the airpods hurt? These would fit similarly imo!?

@@SoZenGadgets I actually just ordered these, to give them a shot. I have a return policy just in case. But I’m not sure! I think the shape of the Pros (not perfectly circular tips) really bugged my ears and the way that they sat in there just bugged me and they did not feel secure. I was super bummed out about it!

@@clerthebird129 hmmm, you could always try the jlab epic sport ANC, they are also $49 right now at BB, same features, but with ear hooks, very secure fit. These also include a pair of foam tips, those might work well for you, if comfort and secure fit are important to you. Do you let me know when you get them, which size eartips you use and how they feel. Good luck!!

I'm thinking about checking these out at best buy bc they're having a sale for $49! I'm currently using mpow m30 when I'm running but I need the ambient feature. Is the ambient mode good as the samsung Galaxy buds + or airpod pro?

Wow, $49 for these is ridiculous. Especially for an Android user, these are going to be better feature wise than airpod pro's and be at least $150 cheaper. Ambient mode is tunable vids the app. You might consider the epic sport airs if you're primary purpose is running. Samsung doesn't have the anc feature, so these jlab also have more features than samsung.

Yes! I've been playing around with the app but I guess I just need to not have the ANC and Be aware mode set to the max! I think that was the problem. But I'm loving these earbuds. 👍🏽👍🏽 I'm happy that I invested in them.

Those signature sound choices for extra base and and treble make the earbuds sound terrible in my opinion the signature sound choice out of the box is the only one that sounds decent. Thank you for the review.

Thanks for your comments. On my channel, I give the mic samples and rank them compared to the mics on other buds from same test - the rankings for dozens of earbuds are in my #MicSeries playlist. I believe this keeps them ranked my objectively. Do you think these should be lowered compared to others in my ranked list? Where do you think they belong?!

The earbuds are okay but the app that goes with these earbuds is a complete piece of crap and waste of time! I bought these brand new straight out of the box and they will not charge past 60% no matter what I do I thought I would try to update them through the app the app will not find the earbuds no matter what I do. buyer beware!!!
