JLS Key Arm and Foot Pliers

For flute, clarinet and saxophone these pliers are essential for straightening key arms back into place without marring the instrument's finish.
The approximately 2.8mm (.110”) parallel gap when holding the key, ensures that you can grip the full range of woodwind arms without marking parts by pinching or slipping.
In our shop we often line one jaw with our thin saxophone pad leather. Other technicians often use our .4mm tech cork instead of leather.
The leather offers great security because the “give” of the leather conforms to the key with a surface that will hold the part even better than the smooth polished jaw.
