Very true, but this specific SAW Viper added a bunch of names to the list of fallen Joes in the comics which is also known as the “Honor Roll” in the 90’s trading card set.

It's confusing. There are multiple SAW Vipers, but one ended up becoming a unique trooper (Overkill) due to how well he did being an infamous killer.
