Soooo fantastic. Thank you for explaining so clearly why I have struggled for the last 27 years to lift my arms over my head at yoga. I had to be diagnosed with dyskinesia of the humerus and scapula before I figured it out!

Great tips around 15min from the video. When you bring your arms above your head, pulling shoulders down would only blocking the way. Shoulder blades will be lifted naturally to make the movement of arms above head.

Thank you for sharing. Like to understand more-why do they always ask us to rotate shoulder down during yoga if it’s counterproductive? Why should be the right way to do it in yoga
