It's best to not even do Warrior II. There is no reason to do it whatsoever. Most Americans are non-thinking sheep and followed the crowd into these ridiculous trendy yoga studios in the thought that they would find the fountain of youth. It was self gratification and ego feeding. I am a certified yoga instructor and massage therapist and people who do yoga on a regular basis have some of the most messed up bodies (and minds). There are so many yoga poses that are bad for our body: Triangle, Downdog (wrist issues), Lotus (ankle issues), Wheel (don't even get me started on Wheel, ridiculous craziness and all about ego). All we have to do is start thinking when we're doing these poses ... the body is supposed to be INLINE. And there is no purpose to "pretzel poses" either; these poses are mostly ego "poses." I transitioned from doing yoga to creating my own restorative, healing, stretch, postural integrity (Bob and Brad videos on KZbin will heal you, I promise) routine. And my body is finalling starting to heal because of it. Thank you for putting out this video but I would suggest to not do Warrior 2 at all.
